How do I convince my mom to buy me an Ipad for my birthday?
Help! Currently, I am in eighth grade and I am going to high school next year. My birthday is over the summer and my parents were planning on getting me a laptop. But my problem is that I don’t want a laptop but an Ipad. Ipads are so cool unlike stupid laptops. I already convinced my dad to get it for me but now I just have to convince my mom (who is stubborn). What can I tell her to convince her to buy that instead of a laptop?

Should I get the ipad and give up my iPod touch? Please answer!!!?
I want to know if I should get the iPad. I have an 32 gb iPod touch 3rd generation and I use it all the time. My mom says that I can give my iPod to my brother and she would give me a 32gb iPad. I’ve been thinking about saving up my money to get the iPad 2nd generation. So my questions are: Should give my brother my iPod and get iPad 1g or wait for a while and get the iPad 2g, and if u know, when will the iPad 2g come? I don’t really need a camera if the ipad gets it, that would be a
plus, but an SD or USB port would be nice, but again not needed. I really want the ipad I just don’t know when I should get it. I heard that the ipad 2g is going to be announced this year, can any one support that rumor? and I really like my iPod touch, I just need a bigger screen to watch movies and shows, surf the web, and read books. The ipad could do those things for me. Thanks for all the help!!! *oh and there are some mistakes in the question it’s because I’m using my iPod touch write this question:)*
